The Esports Radar has confirmed that the next edition of Esports Leaders will take place in London on 3–4 October 2025. The event, limited to 120 participants, will be hosted at Nobu Portman Square and is aimed at senior figures from across the esports and gaming sectors.
The focus will remain on high-level networking, open discussions and addressing challenges in the industry with practical solutions. Attendees will include decision-makers from esports teams, publishers, brands, tournament organisers, agencies and related industries. Confirmed participants before the public announcement include ESL FACEIT Group, Scan Computers, BLAST, Echo Esports, UNICEF, Allianz Stadium Twickenham, ALHI, UNEVN, Logitech G, Hyatt, Savills and VTEC, with further invitations being issued this week.
The event programme begins on Friday, 3 October, with morning sessions, coffee breaks and topic-led roundtables from 09:30 to 13:30, followed by a Nobu-catered lunch and an afternoon social. Saturday will feature a breakfast gathering, by invitation only, before the debut European edition of the Padel Gaming Club at Stratford Padel Club, designed to offer a more active style of networking.
Roundtable themes will include esports product design, professional player salaries, team revenue diversification, scouting and talent identification, building new esports ecosystems, the sector’s travel footprint, and the potential for luxury hotels and resorts to engage with gaming and esports audiences.
Sam Cooke, Co-Founder of GSE Group – the holding company behind The Esports Radar and agency Playmakers – said: “We’re excited to host an edition of Esports Leaders on home turf in London. Such is the focus of these events, we expect new partnerships made and some great deals done, as well as plenty of excellent conversations, with both challenges and potential solutions discussed honestly and in depth.”
Esports Leaders London follows on from the recent launch of another industry initiative led by The Esports Radar — the inaugural Global Esports Industry Week (GEIW) 2025. Organised along with the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) and in partnership with BLAST, the event was held alongside the sold-out BLAST.tv Austin Major and was a success both for attendance and for channeling major industry deals.
Esports Leaders is operated by The Insights Group, part of GSE Group, which specialises in media, events and agency services in the digital entertainment and sports sectors. The Insights Group portfolio also includes The Esports Radar, Sharpr and other industry-focused platforms.
