Argentina-based IT and software development company Globant has announced a multi-year partnership with Riot Games to improve fan experience at League of Legends and VALORANT esports.
Under the deal, Globant will become Riot’s official digital transformation partner by helping the publisher tackle some of its biggest technology projects. That includes diving deeper into AI-driven features that could change how fans watch and interact with esports broadcasts, along with improving mobile integration to improve connection with the events.
For instance, Globant might help Riot create AI-driven chat features that could let viewers ask questions about a match in real time and get instant answers or stats.
