Buenos Aires hosted the first Esports Argentina Congress on 28 August at UADE’s Aula Magna, bringing together industry leaders, brands, universities, content creators, and the public. Organised by the Argentine Chamber of Esports (CADE), the event attracted more than 800 participants and established itself as a key professional gathering for the national esports scene.

“This Congress demonstrated what we can achieve when the entire esports community comes together with a shared purpose: to drive and consolidate our industry,” said Gonzalo García, President of CADE.

The one-day programme featured seven thematic panels covering team management, event production, marketing, monetisation, career opportunities, streaming, and federal development. Over 30 national leaders from organisations including 9z Globant, Leviatán, Isurus, KRÜ Esports, and Twitch participated.

A technical workshop led by Kingston Fury specialists provided practical advice on optimising PCs for competitive gaming, attended by more than 100 participants.

CADE will release a full recording of the event on its social media channels at @cade_esports. According to a press release, the Congress marks a milestone for Argentine esports, highlighting collaboration, professional growth, and the sector’s regional ambitions.
