Taiwanese technology company MSI (Micro-Star International) has announced a strategic partnership with Red Bull to expand the reach and infrastructure of its esports platform, the MSI Gaming Arena (MGA).
As part of the agreement, MSI will integrate its gaming hardware into three of Red Bull’s flagship annual tournaments: Red Bull Home Ground, which focuses on VALORANT; Red Bull Team5 on League of Legends; and an additional event yet to be announced. MSI will supply laptops and desktops to support competition play.
This partnership marks a broader push by MSI to solidify its presence within the esports landscape. Now in its 15th year, MGA has positioned itself as a platform that promotes esports culture and provides opportunities for players globally. The integration of MGA into Red Bull’s tournament ecosystem represents an effort to bring this mission to a wider audience.
According to MSI, the collaboration will allow the company to demonstrate its esports-grade computing equipment in a variety of dynamic environments, while also supporting Red Bull in delivering more technically advanced events.
Sam Chern, MSI’s Vice President of Marketing, commented on the partnership: “By sponsoring Red Bull’s premier esports tournaments, we are honoured to further champion the spirit that MGA represents—leveraging world-class performance and innovative technology to unleash player potential, ignite competitive passion, and forge countless unforgettable highlight moments.”
