Esports organisation Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP) has promoted Fabio Fusco to Director of Partnerships & Sales, after nearly two years leading global partnerships.
Fusco has overseen deals across NIP’s headquarters in Europe, China, the Middle East and Latin America, covering titles including Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), League of Legends, VALORANT, Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League and Apex Legends. Key agreements under his tenure included partnerships with Rainbet, Red Bull, Chiliz & Socios, Juventus Football Club, and BYD.
Before joining NIP, Fusco held senior commercial roles at football clubs AS Roma, Valencia CF and Inter Milan, focusing on partnership sales and international business development.
The promotion coincides with NIP Group’s wider revenue diversification. Only 20% of revenue now comes from esports, while talent management – representing over 36,000 creators – accounts for the largest share. Other divisions include events, publishing, hospitality and production. In 2025, NIP announced a live entertainment company and plans to open more than 100 esports hotels in China.
The organisation also appointed Carl Agren as Chief Operating Officer of its Digital Computing Division, overseeing NIP’s new Bitcoin mining operations.
