Porsche has launched the third season of its Esports Sprint Challenge GB, a virtual racing championship run in partnership with Motorsport UK Esports. The series acts as an entry point into professional sim racing, with top drivers progressing through the Porsche Virtual Motorsport Pyramid to the Esports Carrera Cup GB.

The 2025 season takes place over five weeks, starting 23 September at Donington Park GP, and visiting Thruxton, Silverstone GP, Oulton Park International, and finishing at Brands Hatch GP on 21 October. Drivers compete in Pro and Am categories using the 911 GT3 Cup or Cayman GT4 Clubsport MR on the iRacing platform.

Each event includes practice, qualifying, and two 30-minute races, broadcast live on Porsche Twitch and RaceSpot TV YouTube, with professional commentary and post-race interviews.

Champions in both categories will receive a driving experience day at Porsche Experience Centre Silverstone, while the top three Pro drivers will qualify automatically for the Esports Carrera Cup GB. The top three Am drivers advance to the Pro category for the following season.

Porsche’s esports initiatives also include the TAG Heuer Esports Supercup, the Porsche Coanda Esports Racing Team, and the Porsche Esports Performance Center in Cologne, reflecting the brand’s broader commitment to competitive virtual racing.
