Team Vitality has announced a new official partnership with Skin.Land, an online marketplace for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) skins. The collaboration will see the two brands launch a series of digital and in-person initiatives, signaling continued commercial activity within the CS2 ecosystem.

The partnership links the esports organisation with the skins trading platform based on a stated shared commitment to community and user experience. In a press release, Skin.Land’s operational focus on reliability and security is cited as aligning with Team Vitality’s organisational values. As part of the collaboration, a dedicated landing page for Team Vitality fans is planned to host exclusive offers and promotions.

Nicolas Maurer, CEO of Team Vitality, commented on the strategic fit: “Partnering with such a trusted and innovative brand within the Counter-Strike ecosystem is a strong signal of reliability for us. Their constant focus on delivering a safe, transparent, and high-quality experience for players perfectly aligns with our own values.”

A representative from the Skin.Land Team added, “We’re proud to partner with Team Vitality, a team that represents the very best of Counter-Strike – discipline, consistency, and an unstoppable drive to win. Together, we aim to elevate the experience for players and fans alike, combining the Team Vitality spirit with our dedication to building a trusted and innovative platform for the community.”

The announcement arrives during a period of significant turbulence for the CS2 skins market. Last week, the market experienced one of its worst crashes in history following a Valve update, with an estimated $1.7 to $2 billion in market value erased. This event highlighted the volatility of the skin economy, upon which a segment of community content creation and esports sponsorships relies. Despite this recent market shock, the new deal between Team Vitality and Skin.Land indicates that commercial partnerships within the ecosystem are continuing, potentially buoyed by renewed user engagement as skin prices adjust.

The deal with Skin.Land continues a phase of intensive commercial activity for Team Vitality’s CS2 division. In July, the organisation announced a seven-figure, multi-year deal with betting platform Stake, followed in September by a one-year sponsorship naming ExpressVPN an official partner. These commercial agreements centre on a competitive roster that is regarded as one of the best in the game’s history, having won eight titles in 2025 including the ESL Pro League S22 and the BLAST.tv Austin Major.
