Esports data platform GRID has formalised the appointment of Dominika Maria Szot as its new Vice President of Growth, a role she has held since April 2025. The executive steps into the position following over three years at the company, most recently serving as Head of Marketing and Partnerships.

In her new role, she is tasked with advancing GRID’s growth across various sectors, with a focus on supporting the company’s expansion into the esports betting market, driving innovation into new verticals, broadening the network of partner solutions powered by GRID’s data infrastructure, and adding data-driven value to the ecosystems of GRID’s partnered rights holders.

“I’ll focus on uncovering new synergies across all our audiences and continue to tailor GRID’s product to their needs,” Dominika told The Esports Radar. “For us, it’s all about unlocking the potential of in-game data, something that can only be achieved collectively through collaboration and innovation, ultimately driving sustainable ecosystem growth.”

Szot’s promotion comes during a period of significant activity for GRID, including product launches, new collaborations, and increasing engagement in the esports betting space.

GRID has recently strengthened its position in the esports data sector through a series of key developments. The company is serving as the official Data Technology Partner for the ongoing 2025 Esports World Cup in Riyadh and will also act as the official Live Data Partner for the Dota 2 Masters 2025: Snow-Ruyi in China.

Additionally, Riot Gamesdecision to permit betting sponsorships for Tier 1 League of Legends and VALORANT teams reinforces GRID’s position as all betting partners required to use its official data under an ongoing global partnership.
