Riot Games shared details of the North American VALORANT Game Changers 2025 Main Event, set to commence on October 7. The tournament, which features an eight-team double-elimination bracket, will conclude on October 12, awarding a total prize pool of $65,000.

The competition counts on telecommunications giant Verizon continuing its role as title sponsor, and represents the culmination of the 2025 season, with the winning team securing a direct invitation to the international Game Changers Championship in Seoul this November. The event also introduces a new pathway to the global finals via the Americas Last Chance Qualifier, scheduled for November 1-2 in São Paulo, Brazil.

The tournament is supported by a roster of commercial partners integrated into the broadcast. iBUYPOWER serves as the official PC partner, presenting the “iBUYPOWER ACE” award. Red Bull, the official energy drink of the VCT, sponsors the “Clutch Moment” segment and is noted for its involvement in hosting community tournaments to support grassroots talent. Secretlab is listed as the provider of gaming chairs for the competing professionals.

From the Game Changers partners, only iBUYPOWER is not listed in other global events of the Riot Games’ esports ecosystem.

The production and broadcast of the event are being handled by Raidiant, which is described as the tournament organiser and broadcast partner. The company, noted for being “founded by women, for women,” will also stream an observer-only feed on its Twitch channel during the initial match days. The main broadcast will be carried on the VALORANT Americas channels.

The eight qualifying teams, led by top-seeded Shopify Rebellion Gold and including the newly announced 100 Thieves GC, will compete in the bracket which begins on October 7. All matches will be broadcast live, with provisions for approved community watch parties.
