The Age of Empires tournament series, Red Bull Wololo, will return for its eighth edition in April 2026. The event, titled ‘Red Bull Wololo: Londinium’, is scheduled to take place in London from the 1st to the 6th of April 2026.
The competition will feature matches across two titles from the franchise, Age of Empires II and Age of Empires IV. Players will compete across three stages: a Group Stage, Playoffs, and a Grand Final. The concluding stage of the tournament will be held at the Royal Albert Hall.

The press release stated: “The dynamic tournament will feature riveting match-ups across two different Age of Empires (AOE) titles, including Age of Empires II and IV. Players will be fighting for a chance to qualify for the Grand Finals at the stunning Royal Albert Hall in London.”
This upcoming event follows the 2024 edition, Red Bull Wololo: El Reinado, which was held in Spain. Tickets for the Playoffs and Grand Finals of Red Bull Wololo: Londinium will be made available for purchase on the 3rd of December 2025. All stages will be broadcast on the Red Bull Gaming Twitch and YouTube channels.
