Resurgens Gaming, the parent company of Ghost Gaming and Skillshot Media, has made a strategic investment in Insight Marketing, a creative and marketing agency specialising in gaming and cryptocurrency.

The deal sees Resurgens Gaming become a strategic equity partner in the agency, forming a partnership aimed at expanding the integrated marketing and media ecosystem for the gaming industry.

This investment strengthens the ties between the two companies and their leadership. Julian Caggiano, who is also the Managing Director of Resurgens-owned Ghost Gaming, will remain at the helm of Insight Marketing. Todd Harris, CEO of Resurgens Gaming, will join Insight Marketing as an advisor to help guide strategic growth and cross-company synergies. The collaboration is intended to develop cross-platform initiatives connecting brands, creators, and fans through live events and digital content.

That partnership, which focuses on event production and operational security, suggests a pattern of Resurgens seeking specialised partners to enhance its service offerings across the gaming and live events landscape.
