Brazilian esports organisation LOS has outlined its new operational structure for 2026, including the appointment of BrunoBuzzRodrigues as its new Chief Operating Officer, and detailed its leadership team for the season.

The moves form part of the Latin American organisation’s development under its parent company, Ezor.

This development occurs within a broader context of restructuring of the organisation’s ownership. In October, Spun Mídia announced the full acquisition of the also Brazilian MIBR and the creation of the Ezor brand house, which now oversees both MIBR and LOS and has a R$100 million (~$18,550 million USD) investment plan for the next five years.

With LOS’ CEO AlexandreKakavelPeres now also serving as CEO of the parent company Ezor, his day-to-day involvement at LOS will change. The appointment of Buzz as COO is intended to place a leader in charge of the organisation’s daily operations and short-to-medium-term decision-making.

Peres commented on the changes, stating, “The more operational leadership of Buzz, allied with the dedicated Heads for each game, will allow us to optimise performance and focus on creating original content and experiences. This move is crucial to leverage the R$100 million that Ezor will direct to the ecosystem by 2030.”

The new structure also confirms the leadership for each of LOS’s competitive titles. ViníciusNeki” remains as Head of League of Legends, Ícaro Grazinoli takes command of the Free Fire division, and Rafael Vargas will lead the Rainbow Six team. Marketing operations will continue to be handled by Spun Mídia.
