The Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) has secured a continued major partnership for its upcoming competitive season. Esports production company BLAST has announced that Progressive Insurance will extend its role as the Official Presenting Sponsor of the esports circuit for the entire 2026 season.
The renewal, confirmed on 14 January 2026, builds upon a multi-year collaboration and aims to deepen the insurer’s integration within the Rocket League ecosystem. The expanded deal includes increased broadcast visibility, new social media content, and enhanced live event activations throughout the 2026 campaign, with the goal of further engaging the league’s global community.
This agreement grants Progressive additional broadcast rights across the RLCS 2026 season, featuring more on-screen graphics and in-game moments during the global English-language broadcast. Furthermore, the partnership will focus on producing more co-branded social content, community-driven storytelling, and personality-driven features for Rocket League Esports platforms.

James Brown, Commercial Director at BLAST, highlighted the significance of the renewal, stating: “Progressive has become an important and valued sponsor within RLCS, and we’re delighted to be extending our collaboration into 2026. Their continued investment, commitment to fan engagement, and willingness to innovate across broadcast, social and live events has made this a standout experience.”
From the sponsor’s perspective, Sean Freeman, Media Business Leader at Progressive Insurance, said: “We’re thrilled to again be the presenting sponsor of RLCS and look forward to working with them to bring even more engaging content and experiences to the entire Rocket League community both in-game and at events throughout the 2026 season.”
The sponsorship extension ensures Progressive maintains a highly visible presence within the RLCS, a position established during the prior 2025 season. The deal represents a continued trend of non-endemic brands, particularly from the automotive and insurance sectors, leveraging the alignment with Rocket League‘s car-based gameplay to reach its audience. BLAST, which operates the RLCS on behalf of publisher Epic Games, recently closed a deal with EFM Global for logistics of their events.
