Swedish esports organisation Alliance has renewed its partnership with web3 game Valhalla for a second year, following what both parties described as a successful first year of collaboration.
The initial year of the partnership focused on introducing Alliance fans to Valhalla’s play-to-earn universe, integrating the organisation’s community into web3-driven experiences. The renewal will see the launch and expansion of the Alliance Guild, a new in-game feature designed to allow fans and creators to compete, collaborate and earn rewards together.
According to Alliance, Year Two will also bring increased content output, including exclusive in-game events, creator-led streams, behind-the-scenes features and interactive challenges to support the development of the Alliance Guild.

“Year one with Valhalla gave our fans a first glimpse into what’s possible when esports meets immersive web3 worlds,” said Jonathan “Loda” Berg, CEO and Co-Owner of Alliance. “With the Alliance Guild at the centre of our Year Two plans, we are taking this collaboration to the next level with more content, more interaction and more ways to be part of Alliance.”
Valhalla is an open-world play-to-earn MMORPG inspired by Norse mythology. The game is developed by the team behind the FLOKI ecosystem. Other organisations sponsored by Valhalla include Method—well known within the MMORPG and raid racing scene.
