EPIC.LAN, one of the UK’s leading community gaming and grassroots esports organisations, has announced a new partnership with XP-Pro Eyewear, naming the brand its Exclusive Eyewear Partner for the 2025-26 event season.
The partnership will commence at the EPIC46 event, scheduled for 30th October to 2nd November 2025 with grassroots Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), VALORANT, and Starcraft II tournaments. It covers activation across three EPIC.LAN events through to EPIC48 in July 2026.
According to the announcement, XP-Pro Eyewear’s activation at EPIC46 will include a trial scheme where attendees can register online in advance for a refundable amount to test the gaming eyewear. The brand will also maintain frames in the partner area for testing and operate an “eye revive station” offering eye-care advice and technical support.

Jon Winkle, Managing Director at EPIC.LAN, commented on the partnership: “Eye health is often overlooked in gaming, but it’s vital for players who spend long hours competing or enjoying games at our events. Partnering with XP-Pro Eyewear allows us to introduce high-quality products to our community in an interactive way, while also helping players look after their well-being.”
Siu-Yin Shing, Co-Founder and Head of Brand Engagement at XP-Pro Eyewear, added: “As an optical professional, I’ve seen firsthand how overlooked eyestrain and visual fatigue are in the gaming world. At EPIC.LAN, we’re not just showing up with a brand; we’re bringing real eye health solutions to players who push their vision to the limit.”
The partnership provides XP-Pro Eyewear with category exclusivity in the eyewear space across EPIC.LAN events, which has been operating since 2003. Other sponsors include Intel and ASUS Republic of Gamers.
