Esports analytics firm Esports Charts has entered a partnership with GeoGuessr to deliver detailed viewership data for the geography game’s competitive events. The collaboration aims to give organisers a clearer picture of audience engagement and performance trends across tournaments.
Under the agreement, Esports Charts will provide tournament dashboards tailored to GeoGuessr competitions. These tools will allow event organisers to monitor engagement patterns, compare results across regions and use data to inform future planning.
“Esports Charts is thrilled to support GeoGuessr’s esports events. Our team even enjoys the game together during team activities, so it’s fun to combine that passion with our analytics expertise,” said Sergii Rudenko, Chief Sales Officer at Esports Charts. “By providing clear insights into viewership and engagement, we hope to help the organisers nurture and grow GeoGuessr’s competitive scene globally.”
The deal follows a strong year for the title’s esports presence. According to the partnership announcement, the GeoGuessr World Championship 2025 reached new viewership records, reflecting growing interest in the game’s competitive format. The title would even be part of the Esports World Cup 2025 lineup, but pulled out after community backlash.
“This year’s World Championship has been an incredible journey across four countries. We extend our gratitude to the passionate GeoGuessr community, talented players, and all of our partners who made this possible,” said Mikael Falgard, Head of GeoGuessr Esports.
“Our partnership with Esports Charts plays a key role in helping us gain valuable audience insights, allowing us to continuously grow and elevate the GeoGuessr esports scene,” concluded Falgard.
