Brazilian esports organisation Imperial has appointed former Counter-Strike player Ricardo “boltz” Prass as a business partner. The organisation is also launching an official Content House for the StarLadder Major in Budapest. The moves are part of the organisation’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its operational framework and community engagement.
The appointment of boltz to the ownership group will see him focus on the competitive division, with responsibilities in talent development and scouting. As a player, boltz competed for the organisation until the second half of 2023, attending the Antwerp and Rio Majors.

“It is an honour to join Imperial’s ownership team,” stated boltz. “I have a deep history with Counter-Strike and I strongly believe in the potential of the new generation. I want to contribute with my experience, help to develop young talents and further strengthen the organisation’s competitive side.”
The launch of the ImperiHouse in Budapest represents the first time Imperial has established a dedicated content space at a global tournament. The project will feature former players such as Fernando “fer” Alvarenga and Lincoln “fnx” Lau, who will produce match analysis and behind-the-scenes content throughout the Major.
This development follows a recent expansion of Imperial’s infrastructure. Three weeks earlier, the organisation established a new European base in Malta. The 180 m² facility is designed to host team bootcamps, content creation, and manage the organisation’s competitive operations on the continent. The Maltese hub will also be available for use by other organisations and local associations for training and pre-competition preparation.
