Ubisoft and BLAST have confirmed that the Rainbow Six Siege world championship 2026 Six Invitational will be staged at the Adidas Arena in northern Paris, on 02-15 February.

The decision adds to a growing list of major esports tournaments choosing France as a host nation. Backed by government support, dedicated infrastructure, and a large domestic audience, the country has positioned itself as one of Europe’s most active esports markets.

Recent years have seen France attract top-tier events including the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023, stages of the League of Legends World Championship, and the VALORANT Champions 2025. BLAST has also selected Paris La Défense Arena for the Rocket League Major in 2026. Lyon’s LDLC Arena hosted both the Fortnite Global Championship and the Rocket League RLCS 2025 World Championship in 2025.

François-Xavier Deniele, VP, Esports & Competitive Gaming at Ubisoft, said the move underlined France’s role in the global scene: “Hosting the Six Invitational 2026 in Paris, at the Adidas Arena, is a milestone for Ubisoft and for French esports.”

“The Six Invitational is not just a tournament, it’s a celebration of the Rainbow Six community,” said Robbie Douek, CEO of BLAST. “Bringing the event to Adidas Arena allows us to create an unforgettable experience for players and fans in one of Europe’s most exciting venues.”

The Adidas Arena, reopened in 2023 after renovation works and used during the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, has been upgraded with broadcast facilities and infrastructure for large-scale productions, positioning it as an option for international organisers.

Tickets for the Six Invitational 2026 go on sale this week, with prices ranging from €30 for single-day passes to €300 for premium three-day packages.
