PlayVS has announced a new partnership with Palmer Hamilton Esports and its sister company, RESPAWN, to provide furniture and design solutions for educational esports programmes. The collaboration, designed to elevate the standard of scholastic gaming environments, will see the companies work directly with schools and colleges within the PlayVS network to create functional and engaging spaces.

This move addresses the growing need for professional-grade infrastructure in the rapidly expanding scholastic esports sector.

Through this partnership, Palmer Hamilton Esports and RESPAWN will serve as the Official Desk and Gaming Chair Partner for both PlayVS and the PlayVS Collegiate League (PCL). Their role will be to act as a consultative resource for programme directors, coaches, and administrators, assisting with the design of high-quality, ergonomic gaming spaces aimed at boosting the student experience. The initiative is part of a broader effort to support esports programmes at various stages of development.

In a press release, Jeff Palumbo, Director of Esports at Palmer Hamilton, commented on the partnership’s objective, stating: “This partnership between Palmer Hamilton, RESPAWN, and PlayVS helps us take esports in education to the next level. Together, we’re creating more than just gaming spaces — we’re building pathways for students to learn, lead, and compete in environments that inspire teamwork, inclusivity, and academic engagement.”

As part of the agreement, Palmer Hamilton Esports will join The Collective, which is PlayVS’s exclusive network of partners providing resources to the K12 and collegiate communities. Through this platform, schools will have access to a curated list of recommended products, including options for different budget levels, and the ability to request free collaborative consultations.

Josh Cobb, PlayVS’s Director of Scholastics, added: “Creating spaces where students can thrive, compete, and build community is core to our mission. Palmer Hamilton Esports’s expertise in educational environments, combined with RESPAWN’s leadership in gaming furniture, makes this partnership a natural fit for advancing scholastic esports.”

To further support programme leaders, the companies will co-host a four-part Esports Lab Solutions Webinar Series. The first webinar is scheduled for 10th November and will be geared towards College Programme Directors, with a second webinar focused on K12 programmes to follow on 10th December.
