The Premier League and EA Sports will stage the first-ever ePremier League Fan Festival at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, on Saturday, 2 August. The one-day event will bring together football culture and competitive gaming in the lead-up to the Premier League Summer Series matches taking place at the same venue on 3 August.

The festival will feature competitive EA FC 25 play, guest appearances from Premier League players and club legends, and a range of entertainment activities. Admission is free for attendees who register in advance.

Fans will have the opportunity to take part in four open EA FC 25 tournaments for those aged 16 and over, with prizes including Premier League and EA SPORTS merchandise. Local Atlanta influencers and some of the world’s top EA SPORTS FC competitors will also join forces with Premier League players in a special head-to-head competition, representing AFC Bournemouth, Everton, Manchester United, and West Ham United.

Alongside the gaming competitions, the event will offer live music, appearances from football personalities, and interactive experiences at booths from Premier League clubs and partners such as NBC Sports and Adobe.

The ePremier League Fan Festival forms part of the Premier League’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence in the United States and connect with younger audiences through gaming and esports. Recently, The Esports Radar interviewed Monica Dinsmore and Sam Turkbas from EA to understand the company’s wider vision regarding esports.
