Riot Games has unveiled the commercial partner footprint and event schedule for its VCT EMEA Stage 2 Finals Fan Fest, taking place from August 28–30, 2026, around the Olympic Arena in Barcelona, Spain.

Operating alongside the regional VALORANT championship, the free-to-attend zone spans three distinct indoor and outdoor spaces designed to feature major brand activations, team hubs, and community activities ahead of the main stage matches.

Commercial activations form one of the pillars of the Fan Fest footprint, with several global sponsors leading custom experiential setups:

  • KitKat: Operating a dedicated relaxation lounge fitted with bean bag seating and arcade hardware, alongside a “mission booklet” passport program integrated with 1v1 duel challenges.

  • Razer: Sponsoring the official Meet-and-Greet area, hosting talent, creators, and professional players from across the EMEA competitive scene.

  • Sony INZONE: Showcasing hardware and gaming monitors developed in collaboration with esports organisation Fnatic.

  • OMODA: Displaying state-of-the-art vehicles within the main partner exhibition area.

  • ExpressVPN: Hosting an interactive “Beat the Hacker” mini-game challenge.

  • AORUS Gigabyte: Partnering directly with Team Heretics to co-host their on-site activation booth.

Esports Leaders Paris is on 21st August at the 5-star Hôtel du Collectionneur bringing together senior decision-makers in and around esports and gaming during the closing EWC weekend. Get your pass here.

In addition to partner booths, five VCT EMEA teams—Fnatic, Gentle Mates, Team Heretics, FUT Esports, and Team Vitality—will operate dedicated hubs featuring team merchandise, giveaways, and 1v1 player matches. Spain’s local organised play structure, Circuito Tormenta, will also host an official tour stop on August 29 to crown local grassroots champions, while offering passport stamps for participants playing VALORANT’s 3v3 Retake mode.

The fan zone is rounded out by gamified touchpoints including “The Range” shooting booth, a “Defuse the Spike” 7-second timing challenge, an Artist Alley featuring eight local and global creators, and a local craft workshop hosted in partnership with Barcelona cultural agency MOSAICCOS.
