Saudia Airlines has teamed up with POWR Esports to launch an exciting new project that bridges gaming, travel and entertainment together. The primary objective of this partnership is to connect the airline with Gen Z through creative and interactive gaming experiences.
The project was led by Naif Aldawood, which further expands Saudia’s presence in the gaming industry with campaigns like a virtual announcement, a custom Fortnite map, and hosting global esports tournaments. While not officially confirmed yet, POWR Esports will likely handle the creative and execution side to attract more youth to Saudia Airlines.

In the official LinkedIn post, Naif Aldawood stated that “After months of planning, creating, and flying through ideas, we did it! Proud to have led the Saudia Airlines × POWR Esports project, bringing gaming, travel, and entertainment to Saudia for the first time in a way that deeply connected with Gen Z.”
As part of the campaign, more than 22 influencers and esports players also partnered with Saudia and POWR Esports to help boost the airline’s visibility among gamers.
Saudia Airlines teaming up with POWR Esports shows how more big global brands are getting into gaming and esports to connect with their customers. Airlines and logistics companies are starting to see the huge potential in this space, with partnerships like Encore and BLAST bringing esports content to in-flight entertainment and Saudia being named as the official airline partner of the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2025.
