Stream Hatchet, an influencer marketing and live streaming analytics company and subsidiary of GameSquare Holdings, which also owns esports organisation FaZe Clan, has entered a managed service agreement with Ubisoft to support the launch of Rainbow Six Siege X.
Under the collaboration, Stream Hatchet will oversee influencer strategy and execution for the game, utilising its proprietary technology and data-driven talent discovery platform to activate content creators at scale. The partnership is expected to contribute to GameSquare’s 2025 revenue.
Justin Kenna, CEO of GameSquare, said the partnership “reflects the strength of our platform and Stream Hatchet’s evolution from analytics to a full-service marketing engine capable of delivering value to customers on a global scale.”
Rainbow Six Siege, which launched in 2015, has drawn tens of millions of registered players and established an engaged esports scene. According to a press release, the Rainbow Six Siege X release aims to re-engage existing players while attracting a new generation of gamers.
Justin Smith, Chief Commercial Officer of Stream Hatchet, added that the platform offers tools and insights to “identify the right voices and maximise impact across streaming and social channels,” describing the collaboration as a natural fit for a launch of this scale.
Also according to the official press release, the agreement signals Stream Hatchet’s continued expansion into managed services and campaign execution, potentially paving the way for further long-term SaaS and marketing engagements with leading publishers.
