Esports media project VSPO! (originally ぶいすぽっ!) has been appointed as the official support ambassador for Capcom’s Street Fighter League: Pro-JP 2025, now in its eighth season.

The league is a cornerstone of Japan’s esports scene, providing a premier platform for Street Fighter 6 elite players to compete at the highest level. It features competitive play with twelve teams split into Division S and Division F. The opening matches are scheduled for 29 August (Division S) and 2 September (Division F), streamed live on Capcom Fighters JP’s YouTube and Twitch channels.

VSPO! engages in VTuber streaming, in which the streamer uses a virtual avatar, esports tournaments, and media projects. Its members actively participate in Street Fighter 6 events and competitions. As ambassadors, they will host live support streams, conduct player interviews, and promote league content to fans.

VSPO! has previously collaborated with Capcom on events such as VSPO! SHOWDOWN powered by RAGE and the Moka CUP, strengthening the partnership that led to the ambassador role. According to a press release, the project is produced by Tokyo-based Virtual Entertainment and supported by Brave Group, companies focused on VTuber IP and esports platform development.

Featured recently at the Esports World Cup, Street Fighter 6 achieved one of its ten most-watched and ten most popular competitions of all time, according to Esports Charts.
