Red Bull has become an Official Partner and Official Energy Drink for the Ireland Esports Collegiate Series ahead of the 2025/26 season.

According to a press release, the move builds on Red Bull’s existing involvement in Irish collegiate gaming, including the Red Bull Gaming Hub at South East Technological University (SETU) Waterford and plans for a hub at Queen’s University Belfast.

Kurt Pittman, Founder and CEO of Nativz Gaming, the organisation behind the Ireland Esports Collegiate Series, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Red Bull as a partner of the Ireland Esports Collegiate Series. Red Bull’s commitment to collegiate gaming is second to none, and their involvement in our Series will take the experience for students and fans to an entirely new level.”

The Ireland Esports Collegiate Series, now in its 8th edition with 16 universities and colleges participating, stands out as an initiative in Ireland’s developing esports ecosystem. The competition aims to provide a structured pathway for students from school through to the workplace, including partnerships with national esports communities aim to support the country’s competitive gaming scene growth.

Red Bull has built a notable presence in esports through multiple partnerships and initiatives, supporting teams and events across the industry. Its collaborations include organisations such as Fnatic, Karmine Corp, G2 Esports, T1, and FURIA, and events such as the Red Bull League of Its Own (League of Legends) and Red Bull Flick (Counter-Strike).
