Japanese esports organisation REJECT has renewed its partnership agreement with Yogibo, the company known for its beanbag sofas and relaxation products. The collaboration will continue through fiscal year 2026.

Since the partnership began, REJECT and Yogibo have worked together on a number of initiatives to create functional environments for esports athletes and content creators. The two companies said that esports and streaming have grown beyond competition and content viewing in recent years, becoming part of everyday communication and lifestyle.

REJECT said it places importance on providing an environment where players and streamers can stay focused during long hours of activity while also having opportunities to relax. As part of this effort, the organisation uses Yogibo neck pillows during tournament trips. Yogibo beanbag chairs and other relaxation products are also used in REJECT’s practice rooms, as well as in the homes of players and streamers.

Global Esports Industry Week (GEIW) will return in 2026 with a bigger and bolder edition, taking place across 18–21 June in Cologne, Germany, alongside IEM Cologne. The schedule and details about ticket sales are available in this link.

Shoya Koyama, Representative Director of REJECT Co., Ltd., said, “We are delighted to continue our partnership with Yogibo. Yogibo has become more of a natural part of REJECT’s activities than something “special.” Our players and streamers use them as a matter of course in their daily activities, whether it’s resting after practice or relaxing during long journeys. In esports and streaming activities, where long hours of concentration are required, we believe that time and space for relaxation are extremely important.”

Daisuke Kishimura, Executive Officer, Yogibo Inc., said, “We are delighted to continue our partnership with REJECT. We believe that the world of esports and streaming is a culture where sustained high levels of concentration and daily conditioning are extremely important. Yogibo aims to be a “magical sofa that is so comfortable you won’t want to move,” supporting not only relaxation time but also the daily lives of those who take on challenges.”

Beyond its latest deal, REJECT has continued to expand its business and partnership network in recent months. Just a few days back, REJECT announced a sponsorship agreement with Japanese food and biotechnology company Ajinomoto to provide nutritional support to players. Earlier, in December 2025, REJECT also secured new financing from Mizuho Bank to support its long-term growth plans, including future mergers and acquisitions.
