Swedish esports organisation Alliance has renewed its partnership with Japanese controller company Void Gaming for a third consecutive year.
The collaboration began in March 2024 with Void Gaming’s primary sponsorship of Alliance’s Apex Legends team. Over the course of the partnership, Void Gaming has provided Alliance players with custom-built controllers designed for competitive performance across multiple international events and championship campaigns.
Beyond competition, the partnership has also produced community-focused activations both online and at live events. One of its most notable moments came during the previous ALGS (Apex Legends Global Series) season, when the two organisations released a limited controller collection inspired by the Japanese mythological wind gods Raijin and Fujin. The season finals were held in Sapporo, Japan.
Following another strong competitive year for Alliance’s Apex Legends division, both organisations will head into the upcoming season with new projects already in the pipeline. These include fresh community activations, collaborative initiatives, and further custom controller designs currently in development. No additional financial terms of the renewed deal were disclosed.

Kelly Ong, CSO and Co-owner of Alliance, said, “Entering Year 3 together is something we are incredibly proud of. Void Gaming has consistently delivered products and support at the highest level for our players while also helping us create experiences our community genuinely connects with. We’re excited to continue building together and pushing even further this coming season.”
Takuto Ishii, COO of Void Gaming, said, “We are very happy to continue our partnership with Alliance. Over the past years, Alliance has established itself as one of the strongest and most passionate organizations in Apex Legends esports. We are honored to continue supporting their players and community moving forward.”
On top of the Void Gaming deal, Alliance has been busy locking in other partnerships too. Last month, the organisation extended its deal with Razer for another two years, keeping them on as main sponsor and exclusive peripheral partner all the way through 2027. Before that, Alliance also landed a big partnership with Gamdom last year to help financially back its Apex Legends and Counter-Strike 2 teams.
