Energy drink manufacturer Red Bull has announced that the sixth edition of its third-party VALORANT OFF//SEASON tournament, Red Bull Home Ground, will take place in Los Angeles, California, from 10 to 13 December 2026.

Staged across WePlay Studios and the Shrine Auditorium, the $100,000 USD international event marks the circuit’s first expansion to the United States’ West Coast. Six teams have received direct invitations to the event, including G2 Esports, Sentinels, Fnatic, T1, NRG, and ZETA Division. The remaining four positions will be filled through official VCT regional performance rankings and dedicated open US qualifiers.

Hardware manufacturer MSI has joined as an official global partner, supplying PC setups and displays via its MSI Gaming Arena (MGA) division. MSI and Red Bull entered into a partnership in July 2025 for esports events.

The four-day tournament will feature ten international teams. Competition begins with a group stage held at WePlay Studios from 10–11 December to establish bracket seeding, before transitioning to the Shrine Auditorium for live playoff matches and the Grand Final from 12–13 December.

The North American expansion reflects Red Bull’s commercial strategy of maintaining proprietary event IP during publisher Riot Games‘ official off-season, while operating parallel grassroots and creator-led initiatives across key regional markets. In August 2026, the company hosted Red Bull REVERSE META at its London Gaming Sphere, pairing Fnatic’s professional roster with content creators in a rule-modifying showmatch format. In India, the brand launched its Red Bull Under My Wiiings mentorship programme led by retired Counter-Strike and VALORANT competitor Ankit “V3nom” Panth, focusing on talent development and regional ecosystem growth.

Outside of its proprietary event series, Red Bull continues to hold one of the most expansive commercial footprints in global competitive gaming. The brand acts as a global partner across Riot Games’ wider title ecosystem, including League of Legends esports, while maintaining sponsorship integration across ESL FACEIT Group’s Counter-Strike 2 circuit, notably IEM Krakow 2026 and the IEM Cologne Major 2026.

Furthermore, Red Bull also appeared as a partner in mobile esports through MOONTON Games’ Mobile Legends: Bang Bang M7 World Championship, co-funds academic research into player health and workload through the G2 Performance Lab, and supports venues across the world like in Australia with Game Square.
